Outplacement Support
Outplacement is a support service offered to employees whose role has been made redundant or who are otherwise being let go from a company. The service includes career counselling, resume and cover letter writing assistance, interview coaching, and job search assistance.
Our outplacement packages always consider the holistic goals of the individual by conducting an initial exploration of interests, goals, strengths, and other career pathways, taking into consideration the needs of this stage of life.
Most people experience some change approximately every 7 years, which is important to encompass and acknowledge during a career transition.
Outplacement support is an essential service that not only assists employees to move forward, but is also a critical part of mitigating the negative impact of job loss on the employee and the company.
Melinda offers packages to employees to be delivered on a 1:1 basis to ensure confidentiality and a strong focus on the individual at this challenging time.
