Melinda has a Bachelor of Business, Human Resources and Graduate Certificate in Career Development and Coaching from Swinburne University. She is passionate about enabling people to reach their full potential. Having held roles in management and recruitment across large and boutique organisations, Melinda has a commercial approach and the ability to provide practical, results focused advice.
She regularly coaches Graduates, Mid-level managers and Senior Executives across many industries including HR, Education, Tech, Health Care, Marketing, Retail and Manufacturing. Melinda is accredited in the use of psychometric tools Careers Fast Track and Career Magnifier and is Australia’s Personal Business Plan Partner. Melinda is a Professional Member of the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA) and ICF (International Coaching Federation).
