Melinda has over 15 years experience in recruitment, career coaching and management, and has a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources) and Graduate Certificate in Career Development and Coaching. She is driven to help people to reach their full potential. Having held roles in management and recruitment across large and boutique organisations, Melinda is an experienced coach with a commercial approach and the ability to provide practical, results focused advice.
Melinda has coached 1000’s of mid-level managers and Senior Executives across many industries including HR, Education, Tech, Health Care, Local Government and Public Service, Marketing, Retail and Manufacturing. Melinda is accredited in the use of psychometric tools CareerEQ and Career Magnifier and is Australia’s Personal Business Plan Partner. Melinda is a Professional Member of the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA) and a Professional Certified (PCC) Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
